Hello! My name is Kate (my middle name is Eva) and this is a space where I share my sewing projects. I starting sewing in 2014 since I couldn’t find what I wanted on the high street, and now have an almost 100% me-made wardrobe. My favourite ever pattern is the By Hand London Flora and I have around 20 25 30 versions… and counting! I love hacking different patterns together and generally only use a handful of my favourite patterns as a basis for my wardrobe, taking inspiration from the high street, catwalk, people watching in London and, of course, other Sewists.
My most favourite make is my wedding dress which took me 100 hours. You can read about the process right here on my blog!
